As a fast-growing company with over 300 team members from more than 50 different nationalities, we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team.

The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and helping them get the most out of our software. You'll be an expert in using our platform, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to the arenaflex software
  • Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues
  • Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in the arenaflex software
  • Developing technical documentation for internal and external use
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

What Makes You a Great Fit?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus!
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
