Job Summary
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and/or chat. You'll be responsible for meeting personal/customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas, while utilizing computer and business software programs to track customer interactions and notes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Receive inbound calls or make outbound calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to exceed customer satisfaction at first point of contact.
- Meet personal/customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas based on program specifics.
- Utilize computer and business software programs, such as email, internet, chat tools, and CRMs, to track customer interactions and notes.
Requirements
* A passion for talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service or Call Center experience, with a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction in each interaction.
- Positive attitude, professional communication skills, and a desire to go above and beyond.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong people skills, including being friendly, empathetic, and a good listener.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to comfortably and simultaneously toggle between multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and client CRM systems.
Remote Opportunity Requirements
* A quiet and undisturbed workspace with fast and reliable internet that can be plugged directly into a computer.
- Internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
- A home router with Ethernet link to PC/Laptop, as well as a dependable power strip.
- A mobile phone in lieu of a landline, with unlimited landline minutes and strong cell service/battery life.
