What to Expect

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and procedures to assist customers effectively
  • Utilizing automated systems for accurate data entry and information retrieval
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Documenting call details and maintaining accurate records of interactions

What We Require

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or telephone experience in a call center environment
  • Proficient verbal and listening skills for professional customer interactions
  • Effective PC skills, including proficiency in electronic mail and industry-standard applications
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates who can bring additional skills and experience to the table. If you have:

  • Completed medical terminology course(s)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in the health insurance industry
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
