About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you are located in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Meet sales objectives as defined by the company

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening and negotiating skills
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of call center experience
  • 6 months of sales experience
  • Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 50.0 Mbps and upload rate of 10.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
