Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental properties, including:

  • Guest and reservation management: Process reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
  • Virtual property management: Coordinate housekeeping, arrange amenities, and address guest issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services, ensuring our properties are always clean and ready for guests.
  • Conflict resolution: Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and arrange amenities for our properties.
  • Address guest issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Success Metrics

* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour).

  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP).
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher on Airbnb and other platforms.
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST).
  • Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple technology platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Airbnb customer service.

  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
  • Conflict resolution experience and ability to handle difficult situations.
