About Human Resources at arenaflex

Our Human Resources team is dedicated to supporting groups and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding visitor expectations and where teams love to work. Responsibilities of a Human Resources Expert

As a Human Resources Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will likely include the following responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming experience by genuinely welcoming all visitors
  • Quickly understand whether a visitor needs help or wants to connect, following non-verbal and verbal cues to tailor your approach
  • Engage with visitors in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
  • Be knowledgeable about the products, items, and services available in the store, and clearly communicate this information to visitors to resolve their issues and enhance their experience
  • Thank visitors in a genuine manner and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at arenaflex
  • Understand store sales objectives and patterns with visitors and teams that are impacting and driving business results
  • Work with your HR manager to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for every area of the business; this includes understanding visitors' requirements and ensuring the right blend of experience, offering capacities, and item excitement to deliver the right insight
  • Execute purposeful recruiting efforts to assist with placing leaders in finding and recruiting talent with the right skills and experiences to best serve their visitors
  • Support the training needs of your store's sales force and be a champion for continuous learning
  • Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
  • Act as a gateway by listening to colleagues and collaborating with suitable leaders to take action on a case-by-case basis
  • Follow through on all Human Resources functional and recurring programs
  • Exhibit a culture of moral leadership, safety, and compliance
  • Work in a safe manner consistently to help yourself and others; identify and address risks; comply with all safety strategies and best practices
  • Any remaining responsibilities based on business needs

  • The ability to communicate on various frequency devices and work handheld scanners, and other technology hardware as directed
  • Successful interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Resolve visitor questions quickly on the spot
  • Scrupulousness and follow multi-step processes
  • Ability to stay engaged and motivated in a high-speed environment and achieve multiple tasks within established timeframes

  • Accurately handle sales register operations as needed
  • Lift items up to 10 pounds regularly without additional assistance from others
  • Be able to work in and be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing specific work duties, including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
  • Flexible schedule for work (e.g., evenings, weekends, and holidays); strong and consistent attendance is required
