Responsibilities

As a fully remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using our comprehensive Knowledge Base.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, working together as a team to drive success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize our proprietary platform.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
