Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in receiving technical support requests from customers, logging them into our ticketing system, and monitoring each ticket's progress to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Receive technical support requests from customers via phone, email, or online chat
- Log each request into our ticketing system for our Help Desk team to address
- Monitor each ticket's progress to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Email updates to clients and ensure all queries are resolved swiftly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., I.T. Help Desk, online customer service)
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced online environment
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and help desk software
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
