Job Overview

This role is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks with liabilities, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters. Your duties will also involve maintaining relationships with various agencies, such as the TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team with tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters
• Maintain associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams consistently
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications. You should also be familiar with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Additionally, you should possess advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup, as well as advanced Access skills.
