What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing questions and payment options
  • Processing adjustments, refunds, and managing billing inquiries
  • Researching and resolving complex billing issues and customer complaints
  • Maintaining a tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and providing updates to leadership
  • Adhering to compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to train for the first six weeks, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST

  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes
