Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) - Remote, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and addressing healthcare-related concerns
• Assess customer needs, maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering expert customer experiences
• Be patient, compassionate, and empathetic while working as a team player, using available resources to provide the best outcome for customers
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently, utilizing your technical skills to resolve issues
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
