Job Description:

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and delivering personalized support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your knowledge of healthcare terminology and policies to provide accurate and informative responses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including phone, email, and chat support
  • Utilizing arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Work Environment:
