Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide product information and assistance with online purchases, ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies, ensuring you're always equipped to provide expert support and guidance
Requirements
- A resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems and resolve customer issues
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms, including email, chat, and social media
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
