Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage handling, and travel documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual or multilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

  • Experience with Sabre or other travel management systems
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations, including ticketing, baggage handling, and travel documentation
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
