Job Description
As an Online Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You'll provide accurate and efficient responses to customer queries, manage and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner, and utilize provided resources and systems to stay updated on product and service information.
Responsibilities:

- Follow established protocols and procedures for customer service interactions

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
Requirements:
* High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
