Essential Qualifications

You should be comfortable working under 4 hours per day with a flexible schedule and have basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools. A reliable internet connection is also required if you're working remotely. Additionally, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
