About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email. Your exceptional communication skills, technical savvy, and ability to multitask will enable you to provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the most thorough, detailed, and considerate support available in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently complete data entry tasks, including manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers
  • Supervise the shipping process to ensure that orders are properly fulfilled and shipped on our various platforms and channels
  • Perform other customer support-related or administrative tasks as assigned
  • Multitask and maintain a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and have 2 years of customer service experience
  • Possess excellent computer knowledge and usability, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage your time while multitasking
  • Tactful customer issue resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a remote customer support role
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online web stores
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web development principles
