Experienced Entry-Level Application Administrator – Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist

We're now seeking an experienced entry-level Application Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, you'll play a vital role in supporting the divisions by providing exceptional customer service and data entry support. If you're a fast and accurate typist with excellent command of the English language, and proficient in Word and Excel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, organization setup, and user credential management

  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with the development team to build and migrate organizations and users in Link
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the new application
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition of clients to the new application

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus

  • Experience working with end-users and providing technical support
  • Familiarity with application administration and data entry processes
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
