Experienced Entry-Level Application Administrator – Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist

We're now seeking an experienced entry-level Application Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, you'll play a vital role in supporting the divisions by providing exceptional customer service and data entry support. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, organization setup, and user credential management
- Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Work closely with the development team to build and migrate organizations and users in Link
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the new application
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition of clients to the new application
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
- Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
- Experience working with end-users and providing technical support
- Familiarity with application administration and data entry processes
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
