Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under 4 hours per shift with a flexible schedule
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
