Job Description

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to provide consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Staying updated on arenaflex products, services, and system changes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assisting with tracking and tracing packages, processing claims, and other customer service tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
