Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide accurate, valid, and complete information. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers, and establishing a positive rapport with every caller. You will also update customer information in our customer service database during and after each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (not required, but a plus)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
