Job Summary

We're seeking an Entry-Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers via chat. As an Entry-Level Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related queries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
