Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat

Requirements
