Job Description

arenaflex is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in Rockford, Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for resolving customer issues and providing a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about products and services, answering questions and addressing concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with product returns, replacements, and refunds, ensuring that all processes are handled efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery

Preferred Qualifications
