Job Description

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
  • Experience with CRM software and systems.
