Job Description
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage and Supervise the Customer Service Team:
Lead a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Develop and Implement Customer Service Policies and Procedures:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that align with arenaflex's vision and values.
Handle Complex and Escalated Customer Service Issues:
Provide timely and effective resolution to complex and escalated customer service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and Analyze Customer Service Performance Metrics:
Analyze customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Train and Onboard New Customer Service Representatives:
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure new customer service representatives are equipped to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Coordinate with Other Departments to Resolve Customer Issues:
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven Experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a Similar Role:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service experiences.
Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills:
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, provide guidance and coaching, and drive business results.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to Analyze Metrics and Implement Improvements:
Ability to analyze customer service performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Proficiency in Customer Service Software and Tools:
Proficiency in customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and customer service platforms.
