Job Summary
We're excited to announce immediate openings for the role of Customer Support Executive in Salinas, California. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at $40,000 per year. Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer emails, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
