Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. You will assist passengers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel information. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and arenaflex's policies
  • Assist customers in the booking process and make necessary changes to existing reservations
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
