PT Infusion Suite Nurse, VT- Evernorth
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care, ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered treatment.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and communicate changes promptly to providers and supervisors.
- Complete all required patient care documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies.
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and patient care conferences to support continuous learning.
- Serve as a clinical resource and assist with onboarding and supporting fellow nursing and center staff.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong follow-through in all assigned tasks.
- Support center growth by collaborating with sales and marketing teams when educational involvement is needed.
- Prioritize personal safety and follow all precautions when handling hazardous medications, blood, or body fluids.
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and clinical competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience involving infusion therapy, including venous access and patient assessment.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- At least 1 year of specialized infusion experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and clinical documentation systems.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
