HubSpot CRM Specialist
This HubSpot CRM Specialist focuses on CRM management, segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting. The role ensures clean data, effective targeting, and accurate performance measurement across all brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM database health, including imports, cleaning, and deduplication
- Maintain audience segmentation (personas, lifecycle stages, geo, behavior)
- Build and schedule email campaigns and multi-step drips
- Set up and monitor A/B tests
- Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards: o Funnel KPIso Attributiono Campaign performanceo ROI metrics
- Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and list health
- Support reporting requests from internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience
- Strong data management and segmentation skills
- Experience with campaign reporting and analytics
- Comfortable working across multiple brands simultaneously
Preferred
- HubSpot Reporting & Custom Objects experience
