Key Responsibilities
As a Senior UX Writer and Content Designer, your responsibilities will include: Driving the development of innovative UX writing and content design solutions to complex user, product, and business problems. Building alignment by collaborating with product managers, team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop a product narrative, vision, mission, or principles. Leading the establishment and improvement of holistic UX writing and content design processes, systems, frameworks, or patterns across multiple teams or products. Influencing the development of priorities across projects to balance tactical and strategic efforts in alignment with larger project goals. Defining content quality for Korean-speaking users and writing user-facing, on-tone Korean content at scale.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related fields, as well as leading content strategy projects. Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 5 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing in an agency setting and interacting with executive leadership. 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional technology organization. Knowledge about internationalization. Deep understanding of Korean markets.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range for this position, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining the best talent. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
