Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team as a Live Chat, Data Entry, and Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a part-time position, working five days a week, with a competitive hourly rate of $21.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and presentations, using Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling mail
  • Assist management and internal clients with various projects and tasks
  • Dispatch hazardous materials responders as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a moderate level of supervision

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work five days a week
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with UPS systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
