Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Customer Service Associate to manage our online presence and interact with our customers through various social media platforms. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and monitor arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Create engaging and relevant content to promote arenaflex's products and brand
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in social media management and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Equivalent work experience considered

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the electric vehicle or clean energy industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in social media marketing or customer service
