Key Responsibilities

* Answer live chat messages from customers on business websites or social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, share promotional links, and offer discounts to customers to enhance their experience
  • Handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
