Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Database Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing and implementing data-driven solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes and drive growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Providing data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data management systems
• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data management systems
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data management systems and solutions
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in database analysis and administration
• Strong understanding of database concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data mining
• Experience with SQL, including SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data governance policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

• Experience with data integration tools, including Informatica and Talend
• Experience with data quality and data validation tools
• Experience with data security and data encryption
• Experience with data governance frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA
• Experience with data visualization tools, including QlikView and Sisense
• Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, and C#
