Responsibilities
As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage clients and exceed their expectations
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
