Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing all web chat operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat, including analyzing customer feedback and sentiment
• Monitoring chat performance metrics and providing regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Training and mentoring chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery, including providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience, including working closely with customer service, sales, and marketing teams
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management, including attending conferences, workshops, and online courses to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A confident and independent personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and creativity skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Proven experience in web chat management or customer service, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems, including experience with arenaflex's proprietary systems
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
