Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers open checking and savings accounts, providing guidance and support throughout the process

  • Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists, ensuring they receive the expertise and support they need to achieve their financial objectives
  • Record transactions, count and package currency, and reconcile cash drawers with precision and attention to detail
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Communicate effectively with other bank team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Manage Safe Deposit Boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and allowing customers access, while maintaining the highest levels of security and customer service
