The Advanced and Direct Client Development Group

Within the US Consumer Marketing Group, the Advanced and Direct Client Development Group is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through client-driven strategies across Website, Paid, MYCA, Email, and Regular mail marketing web and mobile channels to increase engagement and make arenaflex essential for our Card Members.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for Client Site to support the acquisition experience on latent site for our current Card Portfolio in the US. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking products across a range of items. They will manage innovative and copy-bearing, offer execution, site client experience, and test and learn exercises while supporting key product launches and refreshes within the channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking products across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and colleagues.

• Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition goals across products.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to focus on and build feature enhancements to enable better client experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly.
• Support the development of the channel strategy, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Proven ability to drive results under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong drive and critical thinking skills - finding a way to overcome obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive results and foster strong association/relationship with key specialty units across all levels of the organization.
• Key and innovative problem solver with the ability to develop compelling solutions and drive effective execution.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo; innovation remembering to create insights, decisions, and opportunities for business success.
• Strong analytical ability with experience to translate insights and ideas into recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed, dynamic team environment, which prioritizes driving results.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, including website, paid, MYCA, email, and regular mail.
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
