As a representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers, addressing their concerns, and offering additional products and services to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, providing support and resolving issues related to power outages, payments, payment plans, and service start/end dates
  • Offer customers additional products and services, such as surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs, to enhance their experience and drive sales growth
  • Meet and exceed performance goals, including phone time, customer experience, and sales targets
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, managing your time and priorities to ensure seamless customer interactions and achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records, navigate multiple screens, and enter data while engaging with customers
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to share best practices, feedback, and ideas for continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an inbound customer service agent, with a proven track record of upselling and cross-selling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate goals and results to the interview team
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging with customers
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a related field is highly desirable
  • Eligible candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with power companies or in a related industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
