Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Disney guests via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, assist customers with reservations, tickets, and other Disney-related services, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. You will also be responsible for documenting all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database and staying up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Disney guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is magical and memorable.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to find solutions that meet our guests' needs.
  • Assist customers with reservations, tickets, and other Disney-related services, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations, and ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately in our customer service database.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions, using this knowledge to provide our guests with the best possible experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
  • Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems and applications, including our customer service database and other relevant tools.
  • Passion for Disney and a desire to create magical experiences for our guests, with a strong understanding of our brand values and mission.
