Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in interacting with clients to provide information, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for determining client issues, offering solutions, and providing follow-up as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we highly prefer candidates with:

  • Call Center experience
  • Great attendance, communication, and typing skills
