Responsibilities: As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Job Application Support, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Search high-quality job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and others, for specific job titles provided by our team members * Paste the URL for the job and provide other essential details, such as location, pay, company name, and more, in a shared Google Sheet * Apply for positions using our team members' email addresses, resume information, and answers to any Q&A using the provided information * Provide the date and time of submitting each application in the shared Google Sheet Performance Metrics and Compensation: We're committed to rewarding your hard work and dedication. Based on your performance, you'll be eligible for the following compensation rates: * $30 per hour for submitting 3 relevant job applications per hour * $40 per hour for submitting 4 or more relevant job applications per hour What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: * Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail * Ability to navigate job boards and apply for positions with ease * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency in Google Sheets and other productivity tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and productivity skills Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be a plus: * Experience working in a similar role or with job boards * Knowledge of software engineering or related fields * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
