Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through: * Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Effective time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization * Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy * A high level of self-motivation and a drive for success * Comfortable working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a cable/fiber broadband internet connection with a hard-wired ethernet connection Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
