Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Utilizing arenaflex's chat software and technology to provide efficient and effective support, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- Experience with chat software and technology
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)

Available Shifts and Compensation
