We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members, resolving issues efficiently, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule, working 10-7pm (CT). As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Conducting outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns
  • Providing excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
  • Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role

Minimum Requirements:

* Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar field

  • Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using internal systems and technology to resolve issues and provide accurate responses

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Knowledge of PBM contracts, payment research, and reimbursement issues
  • Familiarity with call center software and technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
