Job Overview

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment that combines the best of onsite, virtual, and hybrid work arrangements. With 2-3 days spent in our office and 2-3 days working virtually, you'll enjoy a unique blend of collaboration and autonomy. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers over the phone or via email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Provide detailed order information, including status updates and product availability, to ensure that customers are informed and satisfied
  • Review customer orders and account information to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Utilize your excellent problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standards
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including new launches and updates, to provide accurate and informative support to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer navigation skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Customer Service experience desired, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Call Center experience desired, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of customer support
  • Ability to pass the CSR Test Exam, demonstrating your knowledge and skills in customer service and support
