Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role, ideally within ecommerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to efficiently multitask with accuracy
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries
  • Performance-driven, with a motivation to consistently meet or exceed targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates
  • Quick and effective problem-solving abilities, with a positive and solution-focused approach
  • Minimum high school diploma and ability to type at least 40 wpm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to stay motivated and focused
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and helpdesk tools
