Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through online chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

* Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Monitor and Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Solve Customer Problems and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve customer problems, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Products and Services: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth.
  • Track and Report Customer Interactions: Monitor and report customer interactions, providing insights to improve customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis is required.
  • Experience in Customer Support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Similar Role: Experience in a similar role, such as a customer service representative or support specialist, is preferred.
