Key Responsibilities

As a LiveChat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance, resolving their inquiries, and addressing technical issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or alternatives, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
